Enjoy delicious organic pork from your own freezer when you place your order for a quarter, half or whole hog. Choose a standard package or have your pork custom cut to your specifications. All standard orders include pork chops, ham, bacon, seasoned pork sausage and roast. A standard order has the following: 10-12# roast, 16# sausage, 14# lard (rendered or not), 4# spareribs, 40# ham (2 hams, or 4 half hams), 36# pork chops, 28# bacon. These weights are only approximate, as each hog is different.

We would like a $50 non-refundable guarantee (deposit) before we get the processing done for bulk pork. This simply ensures that each hog we take in is reserved in advance -and that one has YOUR name on it. The $50 is taken off your bill when the meat is ready.
