Organic Beef
Haverinen Dairy, owned and operated by Wayne and Heidi Haverinen, is a small organic family farm. Certified organic in 2002, we raise pasture, hay, oats, barley, corn, milk and meat. We provide a quality grass-based organic product. Animals enjoy fresh pasture during the grazing season, and fresh air year-round. Their diet in the winter consists of forages plus 3# organic corn every day.
Beef
Certified organic, grass fed beef is available by the quarter, half or whole. A quarter beef is approximately 175# frozen package weight. Price is $4.00/#.
