Ken S

As for me?  I'm older than most rocks you will pick up; will be 69 in May.
Passion is golf and travel.  We have a 33' motorhome which we are
launching for Southern Arizona on Monday, probably be out a month.

One son, older than most of the posters on the Family board, who is Director
of Product Management and soon to be VP for Marketing of a software
company in Kirkland, WA.

I had a 21 year career in the military, had the (possibly) unique
distinction of having been on active duty with the Army, Navy and Air
Force at one time or another; retired from the USAF as a MSgt in 1972.
Picked up a BS and MA after I retired, worked in military education for
15 yers, was Dean of a Community College for six more and said, "Screw
it, that's enough!" and retired four years ago.

Don't let the Dean title fool you.  My job was bidding and winning
contracts for education and training then managing my successes.  It was
not an academic ivory tower.  They made me a Dean for status purposes
when I was negotiating plus it was the only way they could bring me into
the Executive Retirement Plan - which meant that I was vested from Day 1.

Married 47 years, will be 48 in June.  Prostate cancer survivor.  (Have
you had your PSA checked lately?)  Dog owner all of my life until my
daughter-in-law foisted this stupid kitten off on me twelve years ago;
now my pal and the only pet in the house - travels great, loves the motorhome.

That should be enough for a start.
